MasterTug MT2000+ — overview

The MT2000+ is the highest-capacity pedestrian-operated MasterTug, moving wheeled loads up to 20,000 kg on castors or 80,000 kg on rails from a compact footprint. A 3.5 kW AC drive delivers 13,729 N of push and pull force, while the weight-transfer principle and hydraulic coupling (2,875 kg lift force at the coupling) transfer load weight onto the drive wheel for consistent traction. Regenerative braking, an electromagnetic parking brake and hare/tortoise speed selection give complete control on gradients up to 8°.
