What we hold, what wears out, and when to replace it
The components that account for most of the parts spend on an Irish forklift fleet.
Traction & lift batteries
Lead-acid replacements, lithium-ion packs, cell testing and BMS components for the Xilin range and most other makes. We test before we sell — a tired cell is often cheaper to replace than a whole pack.
Lead-acid 4–6 years · Lithium 8–10 years
Chargers & charging leads
High-frequency and opportunity chargers matched to the pack, plus connectors and leads. Mismatched chargers are the single most common cause of premature battery failure we see.
Inspect annually
Forks & fork carriages
Standard and bespoke fork sets, hook and pin types, plus statutory fork inspection. Forks must be withdrawn at 10% wear on the blade thickness — we measure them at every Thorough Examination.
Inspect every 12 months
Tyres — cushion, pneumatic, polyurethane
Press-on cushion, super-elastic and pneumatic tyres for counterbalance trucks, plus polyurethane load and steer wheels for pallet trucks and stackers.
Replace at the wear line
Hydraulics & seals
Lift and tilt rams, pumps, valve blocks, hoses and full seal kits. A weeping ram seal is cheap now and an expensive contamination job later.

Complete preventative maintenance kits by model — filters, hydraulic and gearbox oils, brake components and contactors — so the service is done in one visit.

What it costs
What forklift parts cost
Parts are quoted per item against your truck's serial number, because the same nominal part varies by model, year and specification.
Genuine or equivalent
We supply genuine OEM parts for Xilin, MasterMover and ORI, and quality all-makes equivalents where they are the sensible choice. We'll show you both.
Truck make and model
Serial number matters. Sending it with your enquiry is the difference between a same-day quote and a week of back-and-forth.
Stock or special order
Fast-moving items ship from stock. Specials and obsolete parts carry a lead time and are priced when sourced.
Fitted or supplied
Parts supplied over the counter versus fitted on site by our engineers are quoted separately so you can choose.
Urgency
Standard delivery, next-day and emergency breakdown supply are all available and priced differently.
Account terms
Regular customers and contract-maintenance accounts are priced on agreed terms rather than one-off rates.
