Which capacity fits your operation?
Rated capacity is quoted at a 500 mm load centre. Longer or off-centre loads reduce the usable figure, so always check the capacity chart before ordering.

Electric counterbalance forklift questions
Take your heaviest load, add the weight of any attachment, then add roughly 20% headroom for load centre and future growth. Most Irish general warehousing runs comfortably on a 1.6–2.0 t truck; drinks, tiles, steel and bagged goods usually need 2.5–3.5 t. Remember that rated capacity is quoted at a 500 mm load centre — a long or awkward pallet reduces the usable figure.
