SmartMover SM100+ SS — overview

The SM100+ SS delivers the full performance of MasterMover's compact pedestrian range in high-grade 316 stainless steel with a 180-grit satin finish — engineered to integrate seamlessly into biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, medical device production and hygienic food environments. A hydraulic coupling generates 387 kg of clamp force at the load for an unbreakable connection, while twin electric motors and interchangeable batteries deliver push/pull loads up to 1,200 kg on castors (4,800 kg on rails) on slopes to 30°. Automatic regenerative braking, anti-crush button, warning horn and battery discharge indicator are standard.
